Water Cooler FAQs

bottled or plumbed-in water coolers?
In most cases, plumbed in water coolers win hands down! Why? Simple, it's a low fixed-rate cost that supplies unlimited great tasting chilled drinking water. So even in the peak of a heat wave, your drinking water costs won't suddenly peak sky high! Also with a plumbed-in cooler, you will never have to buy, store or lift your drinking water!
Should I rent a water cooler or buy one?
Buying or renting a water cooler is not dissimilar to buying or renting a property. In the long run you would expect buying to be cheaper, however if you choose to rent there is no need to worry if and when the boiler (or water cooler) breaks down, or any of the other administrative hassles that go along with self maintenance - Thirsty 4 Water will take care of them for you. Also, at the end of the rental term you are entitled to a brand new water cooler!
With any situation where there is the opportunity to buy or rent, there is a need to consider initial and ongoing costs before making a decision. Water coolers are no different. Rental agreements include EVERYTHING - servicing, repairs and regular filter changes.

what do the water filters do?
Our water filters are capable of reducing or eliminating bad tastes and odours, chlorine, and other organic contaminants to produce significantly improved drinking water.
