We recommend most customers to rent a mains fed cooler from us, simply because everything is included in the low cost fixed price. This being, installation, filter changes throughout the year, sanitation visits and any breakdowns that may occur. If you purchase a cooler from us, then this has to your own responsibility. It's your decision!

Because this system is most likely to save you time, money and valuable floor space. We'd hate to loose you as a customer by not supplying you with the most cost effective option from the start!

Our Coolers boast Ultraviolet Light Super Powers!

Ultraviolet Light (UV) is a naturally occurring Germicidal light from the Sun. Thirsty 4 Water uses the Philips TUV range of lamps for the dispensers. These lamps harness the power of UV-C, the most effective form of ultraviolet light for the sterilisation of bacteria.

The Thirsty 4 Water UV range of dispensers has the UV lamp placed at the centre of the cold tank. The design of each water tank and UV lamp specification are matched and tested to provide the highest purification levels. Our technology has been tested by NSF ANSI who have awarded the T4W 3000 Range with standard 55B (a certification of drinking water purification using ultraviolet light).

UV light destroys the growth of bacteria by destroying its DNA core thus rendering it incapable of reproducing. Our 350, 2500 and 3000 Range are all designed so that the ultraviolet lamp operates at a frequency of 253.7 nm which is proven to be the most effective wavelength against bacteria.

All bacteria and viruses are destroyed by UV light, some more easily than others. The technology is effective against all bacteria including the more resistant Pathogens. E. Coli, Legion Ella, Salmonella, Hepatitis, and the Poliovirus, to name just a few.

Installation 4 Mains Fed

Typically it takes about 30 minutes to install a plumbed in water cooler. We won't do any plumbing or bending of copper pipes! In most cases you won't even need to turn off your supply!
